Year 2020 was a exceptional year for everyone. We found ourselves in a completely unknown situation that no one had anticipated. The pandemic has affected and continues to affect us all, but both in our private and professional lives we must overcome the encountered obstacles.
In several fields, Tectum Group Poland is completing the best year by far in the company’s history. One of the key aspects are of course new contracts and construction projects we have completed – a number of over 40 projects in total. The trust that our business partners have placed in us is the result of professionalism and reputation built over the years.
This year, the company has significantly increased the number of office and administration staff, which clearly indicates growth in the scale of operations. We were joined by new project managers, project administrators, calculants, people working in the company’s administration and employees of the sales department. We also broadened our horizons by opening our third office in Poland – we have been working hard in Gdańsk since the middle of the year, where we are already implementing projects.
In fall, we have conducted a very effective campaign named „Autumn roof inspections with Tectum Group”. The Roofcomfort department, responsible for that matter, has received numerous inquiries and underwent such inspections on a daily basis. We are convinced that the preventive actions we have taken will minimize the risk of potential roof damage.
Happy news at the end! The Tectum family in Poland, apart from new employees, has also grown to include two newborns! We warmly welcome both babies to the world and congratulate their parents!
Year 2020 is coming to an end and we can’t wait for 2021. Our plans are great as we ensure that the coming year will be even better, which we cordially wish to everyone.
