We are a full-service industrial and commercial roofing contractor offering the most cost-effective roofing solutions for over 15 years. Our project managers, cost estimators and roofers work effectively to deliver high-quality work, on time and within budget.
Built up roofing systems are composed of alternating layers of bitumen and reinforcing material that eventually form the final membrane. The bitumen commonly used is asphalt and with each layer applied to the roof, protection and performance are enhanced. The number of plies can vary from single up to four ply.
As the name suggests, an inverted roof differs from a conventional roof. Even though it uses the same material, the order of the insulation and the membrane are inverted. This means that the thermal insulation is placed on top of the waterproof layer. Those insulation boards are loose-laid on and weighted down with paving slabs or gravel ballast. Since the waterproof membrane is covered, it’s protected from damage resulting in an improved performance and longevity of the entire roof.
Metal roofs are a common choice, both in new construction and renovation because of the material’s outstanding durability, design flexibility and low lifecycle costs. Metal roofing products can be made from a variety of metals, including galvanized steel, aluminium or tin. Metal panels are a preferred option in time-critical projects.
As the name implies, single ply membranes are applied to the roof in one layer. The typical single ply materials are EPDM, PVC or TPO. EPDM, short for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer, is a very versatile “rubber” roofing system requiring minimal maintenance and withstands extreme temperatures and UV light. Single ply PVC (Poly Vinyl Carbonate) roofing is especially suited when a roof needs to be resistant to grease, oils or effluents. TPO roofing systems come with built-in UV protection and have a high weather-resistance.
Liquid roofing is about the application of a liquid based coating over roofing materials like asphalt, bitumen and concrete. The coating forms a rubber-like waterproof membrane which has the ability to stretch and return to its initial shape without damage. Usually, these coatings are combined with secondary materials which add additional strength.
In addition, we install green roofs and rooftop gardens which are not just pleasing to the eye. Green roofs improve and reduce energy consumption of the building, enhance water management on the roof and offer ecological as well as environmental benefits.
